Wrestlicious Takedown (Full Series)
In 2007, entrepreneur and lifelong wrestling fan Jon Kutylo found himself with a unique opportunity after reportedly winning millions of dollars in the lottery. Rather than stepping away from the spotlight, he chose to invest in a dream that few fans ever get the chance to pursue: launching his own professional wrestling promotion.
To help bring that vision to life, Kutylo enlisted the help of legendary wrestling manager Jimmy Hart. Together, they set out to create something different from the established wrestling landscape, building a women's promotion that combined in-ring competition with comedy, entertainment, music, and larger-than-life characters.
The result was Wrestlicious TakeDown. Featuring talented performers such as Serena Deeb, Amber O'Neal, Alicia Webb, Brooke Lynn and many others, the promotion assembled an impressive roster of wrestlers and personalities. With financial backing, television exposure, and one of wrestling's most recognisable figures involved behind the scenes, Wrestlicious appeared to have all the ingredients needed for success.
But despite the ambition, the talent, and the money behind the project, Wrestlicious struggled to establish a lasting foothold in the wrestling industry. Almost as quickly as it arrived, the promotion faded from view, leaving behind just a handful of episodes and a legacy as one of professional wrestling's most unusual and intriguing experiments.
